    The standard production time for each order is around 30 days, but this can vary based on product type, order quantity, packaging requirements, and peak seasons.

    Are samples free?

    Yes, we provide free samples, though shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Any special requirements should be discussed with us.

    How are products shipped?

We handle ocean freight, air freight, rail transport, and courier services through FedEx and DHL. Shipping terms include FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, DAP, DDP, Door-to-Door, LCL, FCL, etc.

    What is your lead time and cost for samples?

    For existing samples, they are free, and we usually prepare them within 7 days. For customized samples, the cost and sampling time depend on specific requirements. Shipping for samples is typically freight collect. If you don’t have a courier account, we can ship via our account after receiving payment through PayPal.
